Founded by country music mainstay, Ron Kitchener. The umbrella of RGK Entertainment Group (RGK) includes: Open Road Recordings, Canada's #1 country record label; STEER - label services; publishing companies Roots Three Music and Rogue 11, DART Events; touring events planning company and RGK One Shot Productions.

RGK Entertainment Group remains strongly focused on artist management and development. Recognized as Management Company of the Year eight times (six years in a row 2009 – 2014), with Kitchener himself named Manager of the Year 14 times at the Canadian Country Music Awards (CCMA).
